Skirt drawing instruction :
Step 1: Firstly, I draw an oval to start the picture.
Step 2: Then draw the collar-like portion which acts as the top portion of the skirt.
Step 3: Now draw the bottom flared part of the skirt.
Step 4: Again draw the detailings in the bottom part.
Step 5: Continue the details.
Step 6: Draw the midline strip.
Step 7: Detail the top belt portion.
Step 8: Add the buttons and further detailings.
Step 9: Now make the picture awful by coloring it.
